Our WordPress themes and plugins are released under the GNU Public License version 2.0 or later.
The license key ensures updates from our servers. If you do not activate the license, the plugin will work fine. Even if you have canceled the subscription.
Each product from our site includes 365 days of support and update validity. This date is calculated from the minute the order has been marked as complete. If you do not have a valid license, you will not be able to download any of your purchased products.
An active subscription is required to access the downloads section.
Each product comes with an auto-renewal feature through PayPal and Stripe subscriptions to ensure a smooth flow of updates and support.
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are the property of Springdevs. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
User Accounts and Product Licenses are not transferrable.
If you are a contractual developer or a representative of a person or a company, please ask them to purchase the product from us directly. It saves time on both sides when we follow up on support tickets.
We offer a 14-day no questions asked refund policy. Send an email to support@springdevs.com and we will issue a refund within 2 business days. Please note that there will be no refund if we find the account is not adhering to our terms of service agreement.
Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that our products will work in all browsers, nor do we guarantee that our products will be functional with all versions of WordPress. We do not guarantee compatibility with any additional third-party plugins, scripts, or applications.

Each individual product purchased from Springdevs includes free updates to customers for 1 year from the date of purchase. We do not guarantee that product updates will always be made and forever, but Springdevs does its best to improve each product over time and make sure they will work with the latest version of WordPress. We cannot guarantee that our products will run with older versions of WordPress (4.0 or earlier).
Springdevs reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate any user account without notice. This may be due to one or several of the following reasons.
User account data and certain other information about you will never be sold or rented to any third party. You understand that through your use of our services you consent to the collection and use of this information which includes the transfer of this information to the United States of America Government and/or other countries for storage, processing, and use by Springdevs. We generally use your personal information and account data for order processing, preventing fraudulent activities, invoicing, and contacting you via email.
Here ‘Lifetime' refers to the Products lifetime, not the buyers' lifetime or vice versa. The product lifetime is the time interval from when a product is sold to when it is discarded. Simply put- the product lifetime ends when the Springdevs team announces the end of the support period for a product. Before announcing the end of a support and maintenance period for a product, Springdevs will send a 90 days notice to each of the customers.
