We offer a 14-day no question asked refund. You can simply mention the reason over an email to support@springdevs.com, and we will try our best to refund the money to the same source within two business days.

Please note that our products are released under the GPL V2 license or later. But our support service is intended exclusively for our customers who have paid to get support and updates from us. So, if you are misusing the service and we receive support requests from people who did not buy the product from us but used a license key purchased by someone else, we will cancel the license without any refund.
